Windows XP Portable USB Stick Edition carvfala
I would like to get windows xp portable usb stick edition them. I wonder if anyone has a working version, and which you recommend. I don t need to have it booting on the computer - just to be able to use it as a usb stick to transfer files between computers (without having to do it manually). I have the home version. and it's working fine for me. I recommend that you use the clean install version of XP as your installation OS. XP includes a build-in restore disk and has an easy-to-use wizard that will guide you through the process of restoring your system to the condition you had when you first installed XP. If you are only using it for occasional file transfers, you can just use it for the purpose it was made for and don t worry about upgrading. Try it out before you go and pay for it. Do you want to use the disk to simply get a more stable working system or you do you want to use it to save time by having an up-to-date version of Windows that will work on your computer? 1. the setup version or the clean install version? The setup version should be enough because there is no need to do anything after that. If it doesnt work for you then I suggest you try the clean install version of Windows XP. 2. the one that supports ethernet? The one that I have has an extra item you can add to the list: Internet Explorer. 3. Now let me make a suggestion for you. Try out Windows XP and let me know which version you would like to download and why. I hope you like the way my ideas help out. Note that my XP cd is Windows XP Professional English edition. Not SP3. I like to use it to save time by having an up-to-date version of Windows that will work on my computer.
